Who We Are
A Logistics Company Built From the Ground Up.
Unique Supply Solution was founded independently in Patna in 2010 by Mr. Rakesh Kumar Singh, following years of practical transportation experience that began in 1995.
The company was not inherited and did not begin with a fleet. It developed out of day-to-day operations — arranging vehicles, coordinating movements and solving the problems that arise between a loading point and a delivery.
Growth came from customer relationships and from access to transportation resources, and from there into broader logistics capabilities: warehousing, godown and C&F operations alongside transportation.
Experience That Became a Logistics Network
The network was built out of operations, not off a plan.
Every location USS works from today exists because a movement needed to be handled there. The footprint followed the work — plant by plant, route by route — which is why it is concentrated where industry actually loads and dispatches rather than spread thin across a map.

Own and nearby available vehicles are checked first, then trusted market providers where the required vehicle is not otherwise available.

A suitable vehicle is placed at the loading point.

Loading & Dispatch
The consignment is loaded and dispatched, with coordination between the loading point, the driver and the receiving destination.

The consignment is delivered, and any issue arising during the operation is resolved by USS rather than passed back to the customer.

1995
Beginning of Transport Experience
Rakesh Kumar Singh starts work in the transport industry, spending the next fifteen years learning how freight actually moves — and where it goes wrong.
2010
Unique Supply Solution Is Founded
USS is established independently in Patna. Not a family business and not an inherited network — a transport company started from the ground up by someone who had already spent fifteen years in the trade.
Early Years
Building the Foundation
The first years brought payment cycles, on-road compliance costs and the operational pressures every young transport business faces. Those years built the practical, hands-on approach USS still runs on.
2016
Entering Cement Logistics
USS begins working directly with cement manufacturing plants — placing vehicles at the factory and moving cement to dealers, depots and transit points. It becomes the company's principal growth driver.
Expansion
Growing the Operational Network
Operations expand across Bihar, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand, and into battery, beverage, industrial and cross-border work alongside cement.
Today
A Broader Logistics Capability
USS operates at twenty locations across eighteen towns in four states, at cement plants and industrial facilities, with warehousing, godown and C&F operations alongside transportation.
The Future
Building a Nationwide Network
USS is working toward a substantially larger operational footprint — a long-term ambition of at least 300 branches, supported by larger warehousing, stronger technology and a wider partner network of fleet owners and vehicle providers.

What USS Believes
Logistics Is More Than Moving Goods.
A consignment is rarely just a consignment. Behind it sits a plant with a dispatch schedule, a dealer waiting on stock, and a commitment someone has already made to a customer further down the line.
The work is coordination as much as transportation — reading the requirement correctly, finding the right vehicle, and staying with the movement until it is delivered.
Keeping a business moving is the actual job. Moving the goods is how it gets done.
